I guess I never realized that Wyatt had never seen a balloon before, but when we went to Trader Joe's in Novato and Wyatt took one look at those high floating, colorful pices of rubber, he was instantly made happy. He smiled, he patted his head, he reached for the sky. The wonderful thing about his newfound fascination with balloons was that, at Trader Joe's, they just give them away. That's right, give them away...to kids...for free! Yay! So we must have shopped at TG's at least nine times in the three weeks that we were there. Sure, it's a great store, but the free balloons make a little guy happy.
